But today...I filled up for $31!!! I was so excited that I had to tell someone!!!

No shit!!! It was taking $80 to fill up, and now it's like $30!!!
I saw $1.41 here last night. Funny thing - I was looking through old photos from 2004 and I had taken a picture of a gas sign. It was $1.67. Even more than now, and that was four years ago before the economy started tanking! Wow!
Isn't it great? I love the newly lowered gas prices.
