I made a phone call to inquire about the billing status on one of my accounts. The woman that I spoke with was named (and I kid you not...) Velveeta! I even asked her to repeat, as well as spell her name. The poor girl must get that question directed at her alot!
Just goes to show you...a name is so very important!
