Today Is Flag Day, But

it is also my Mother-in-Law's Birthday (She did not have the same "issues" that I have). I was blessed to have known her for just under 4 years.

To put it briefly...

She was wonderful.

It has been almost 11 years since she passed away. Eleven years that were filled with so many wonderful things, but also eleven long years that she was missed every day.

Happy Birthday Ruby. You are still loved so very much by everyone that was lucky enough to have the pleasure of knowing you, as well as all 5 of your granddaughters that remind me so very much of you in each of their own wonderful ways.
